早餐:通常都睡到10點左右,固定會自己打一杯無糖豆漿250cc會加一匙黑芝麻穀粉。
吃的部分有時是藍莓貝果一顆 OR 日光大道穀類麵包 OR 馬克先生饅頭一個。
5/8自打豆漿一杯+棉花田堅果葡萄乾餐包一個+五香豆干5小塊
5/9自打豆漿一杯+棉花田堅果葡萄乾餐包一個
午餐:1. 因為睡得晚所以午餐比較少吃完整的一餐,中間就會吃爆薏米花(附圖)

2. 不然就是大概1:00會吃午餐,八分滿飯+炒青菜(一匙苦茶油先爆香大蒜再加菜)
+一碗昨晚剩下的湯)OR 最近比較常煮雞絲麵(或蕎麥麵)+青菜+兩三片豬肉片
5/8聚餐:蔬食義大利麵+1餐包(無料)+南瓜濃湯+輕起司蛋糕一塊
下午茶:拿鐵+棉花田堅果葡萄乾餐包一個
5/9白飯一碗+花生小魚乾炒小白菜一盤+黃豆漬物
下午茶:黑咖啡一杯+http://ppt.cc/iTsy亞麻仁手造瓦煎燒三片
真的到下午會一直想翻東西吃.嘴巴就是很想吃餅乾.一直無法克服這點...
晚餐:1. 媽媽煮的晚餐,基本上就是青菜+肉類(煎魚或炒牛肉)+清湯。
飯有時會盛半碗。但如果早午餐的澱粉量太多了晚餐我就不會再吃飯了。我自己是
一日澱粉量抓兩個拳頭大。睡前四小時不吃東西。
2. 一個禮拜有兩天有這種情形:因為晚上的課很滿根本沒時間吃飯,所以中間會
衝去小7買無糖豆漿喝。然後回到家就11:30了,基本上不會再進食。如果真的很餓
會泡穀粉喝。
5/8 媽媽煮(花生小魚炒豆干+地瓜白飯一碗+煎鮭魚+炒青菜+菜圃湯)
5/9 媽媽煮(咖哩牛肉炒烏龍)
其他:早上都會喝250cc的蜂蜜溫水。雖然沒有算過但是感覺平常水量蠻足的,
最常泡黑豆茶喝(剛好去日本買了一大包)粗估應該1700~2000cc
日常作息時間:大概都1:30睡~10:30起床。
新增:5/7~5/9 12:00睡.8:30起床。
生活型態:準備考研究所的全職考生
運動習慣:1. X-Bike 30~40分鐘 阻力3 (太強我膝蓋會痛)轉速大概36~38 心跳130
每次騎完都全身汗,褲子上都有兩個屁股濕濕印XD 一周最少5次
2. 媽媽幫我報名了調制中頻電療的課程,電療師說做這個一次消耗的熱量
=跑1500公尺或仰臥起坐500下,我自己是不怎麼信,但是想說不無小補啦XD
也蠻舒服的當做SPA,每次做完都會流滿身汗。
習慣運動時間:晚餐1小時後,大概是9:00開始做。
我的問題:我的身形是上半身跟下半身差很大的人,我朋友說很像40公斤的身體裝在
60公斤的下半身上。所以主要是很想打擊腿部的脂肪,但是我知道沒有局部
瘦身這種事(;д;) 大概一年半前的我是46公斤,很滿意那個時候的自己。
但去了一趟國外大概半年的時間我就胖到53....然後這半年就吃得很節制努力
x-bike,體重一度有降到50,但是就一直下不去了,最近又上升到52(大哭)
我知道這樣斤斤計較是板上很不推崇的,但是半年了好像沒什麼進步自己也
很灰心....最近感覺是長期唸書上很心情很躁鬱,嘴巴一直很想吃東西,有嚐試
著克制自己吃過正餐就好,但是反而更想吃!!不管是什麼嘴巴就是很想嚼(口香
糖沒有用.試過了反而更空虛...)
最終是希望可以瘦回以前的身材。
另外一件事情是,我在國外的時候不知道是不是飲食跟環境不一樣
生理期不來了半年,回台灣後有好一點,但是也是很不穩定...上個月有來,但
這個月就遲了....:(
所以上來想跟天使板娘請教...這是小妹第一次在此版PO文,有點緊張也希望
大家不吝給我指教。m(_ _)m
