我姊姊最近很想要減肥 可是因為她是做擺攤的生意
所以早上十點就要出門去擺攤 晚上要超過十二點才會進家門
回家太餓就會吃消夜 身高160體重90左右
她有上過健身房 可是她腰不好容易痠痛 運動強度也不敢太大
畢竟她平時擺攤時間也很長 這樣身體會負荷不來
想問有沒有輕度運動但又可以有效的幫助減脂?
