維持差不多的體重大概有3-4年了
從一開始的只有氧(60kg) 到從今年2月開始加入重訓(55kg) 跟著"四周練出一身肌那本"
(2月到現在體脂降了2%而已..)
可是最近照鏡子才發現屁股的橘皮越來越嚴重阿
照理來說不是應該會比過去少一點? 怎麼會這樣呢...
想請問橘皮組織跟年紀有關係嗎? 不過猜測是自己體脂還是太高(25%)哀 ORZ
版上有人是減脂後橘皮也跟著消失的成功案例嗎?@@
