請問比較不傷膝蓋的健身方式? - 健身

小女子從去年八月以來每天慢跑,以跑跑步機為主(因為不會下雨= =),速度大約是在9~11km/hr左右(最近最快只有在10.5),時間大約在0.5~1小時之間,配合飲食控制,成功從62->52(不過過年又略胖回來一點啦)
但是最近膝蓋有點受傷了,不知道是因為這半年來幾乎不間斷的運動還是其它原因,右膝蓋一直隱隱作痛,但是又不想完全停止運動,正在尋找替代方案。有看到前面有人在問慢跑的替代方案,但我怕飛輪或腳踏車之類的對於膝蓋負擔沒有比較小,求問版上大家有沒有什麼建議?
