請問深蹲 - 健身

之前由於下背受傷,
因此一直不敢練~
最近休養得不錯,開始練練看深蹲,
但是我發現我的手(上臂)
光握著槓,站著擺姿勢就會有點痛了= =?
就像把手柺到後面那種痛
感覺是角度還是什麼不太對~
所以,想請問手的位置有要特別注意什麼嗎?
是姿勢的不正確還是..
我的骨頭真的有這麼硬嗎...
