請問各位巨巨,在健身房有的人會硬舉放到地面作touch and go,
也有的人會把Rack的保護桿放在約膝蓋在下來一點的地方做touch and go
想請問這兩種的感受度或者訓練的成果差別在哪呢? 哪一種的成效會比較好呢?
