本人178/82 體脂肪20%
之前健身兩年 但停了兩個月有變胖
上半身的訓練我知道
但我懷疑的是下半身 所以想來問各位巨巨
我排 深蹲 6組
分腳深蹲 5組
拿啞鈴跳 5組(因為我拿槓鈴 深蹲跳我做不起來 感覺好難)
拿啞鈴墊腳尖 5組
大腿前推機 5組
大腿推蹬機 4組
如果以運動表現 跳躍力來看 不考慮健美
這樣還有需要改進的地方嗎?
