請問練腹部腰會越來越粗嗎? - 健身

我在健身房主要會練腹部的是羅馬椅和做仰臥起坐的那個器材
(偶爾會做左右轉來轉去的椅子練側腹的樣子)
在家則是八分鐘腹部電腦人和智底紋的一些姿勢
我有幾個問題
1.因為這幾天覺得腰式覺上明顯有變粗,所以今天就拿了皮尺來量,真的粗了0.5吋左右
所以有如標題的問題...
2.請問大家做仰臥起坐或者拉筋或者任何彎腰姿勢時肚子會有幾層皮嗎?
我覺得事步是我皮膚太鬆弛了,但平時看肚子(站著或坐著)只要不是很彎都不會覺得
自己鬆弛拉...所以想問問大家有這種情況嗎?
因為我平時度子都是放鬆狀態就很硬了,從上腹到小腹都很硬,用力時更硬
也都是平坦的
3.我這次主要是想問練腹部,請問大家還可以給我建議我還有哪裡可以加強嗎?
因為我沒有教練可以問,都是自己一個人跑健身房,自己找認識的問
如果可以希望有圖或影片,讓我可以理解,實際去操作
