小弟我有再打系棒
但無奈肩膀受傷太多次了 每次投球超過一定的量就會痛
也沒辦法全力投 因為當初就是因為這樣而傷到
想請問一下怎麼訓練肩膀
小弟我172 60 偏瘦 臥推開放式最高70kg(有加桿子)
希望有神人可以教一下要怎麼練肩膀可以減輕肩膀投球的負擔
