請問訓練後 直接喝乳清蛋白 - 健身

請問一下各位高手
小弟在訓練後 會直接去飲水機泡乳清蛋白喝
但很奇怪
我看到大家都只裝水
沒有人直接訓練完泡完喝
是因為這樣會比較沒有效果嗎
不然怎麼都沒人這樣 = =
