請問跑步時多喘該停呢 - 健身

我本身通常都是做偏瑜珈類的伸展運動,很少做有氧運動
肺活量很差> <
之前有過騎腳踏車騎到很喘+想吐
爬文應該是因為運動太激烈(當時趕時間)+大腿運動(騎腳踏車)
自己好像有一點氣喘跟心律不整(曾發生徵狀),但都沒看醫生檢查,
會不舒服,但應該不算嚴重(不曾昏倒)
最近想跑步運動瘦腿兼練肺活量
結果才跑一點點,就很喘很喘,有試著調呼吸,可是不大會,沒什麼改善orz
因為覺得腳一點都不痠不想停 (想瘦腿)
可是又喘的不大能繼續跑 (&肚子附近的肌肉有點不舒服@@?),只好停下來用走的
就這樣走走跑跑..可是覺得腳部的運動量不大夠 >"<
請問當我那樣很喘的時候,應該硬撐著繼續跑嗎?
還是走走跑跑也沒關係
還是應該怎麼調整呢??
