在板上潛水好久
也得到了很多資訊
但是我有一些小小的疑問
在此提出來請各位幫忙解惑
身高:164
體重:64
體酯率:32%(taniya 體酯計)
1.最近晚餐愛上美生菜+鮪魚罐頭+和風醬
我覺得這樣真的超好吃的!!每天吃都不會膩
另外還會吃一碗公的燕麥片+肉鬆
量我都是隨意抓餓就多一點,所以我無法數據化給各位
我想說燕麥片是當澱粉的補充
美生菜當然就是蔬菜囉
鮪魚是蛋白質
昨天還有加高麗菜,但是太生吃起來好奇怪
請問鮪魚罐頭會不會太油,罐頭吃多了會不會對健康造成反效果?
美生菜跟高麗菜直接生吃好嗎?(因為我住的地方水質算不乾淨)
像美生菜跟高麗菜顏色這麼淡的蔬菜會不會補充不了什麼營養素?
(之前看過顏色越深的蔬菜價值越高的消息)
2.我是個每天坐在電腦前的上班族
早上都是匆匆忙忙地出門上班
想當然爾早餐也是路上隨便買
常常吃到了澱粉跟肉,但是蔬菜真的是少之又少
即使吐司裡面都會夾一些生菜但是量肯定不夠
請問如果早餐吃到的蔬菜量不夠(甚至是沒有)
可以在晚上的時候一次補足嗎?(中午也是外食而且自助餐的菜色選擇超少)
3.這是個會被罵的問題我先下跪!!
超愛喝早餐店的奶茶.....
我可以把這杯奶茶算進基代所需內熱量裡面嗎...?
(我可以一天只喝這一杯奶茶其他時間都喝水!!!)
4.請問快走的定義是?速度?姿勢?心跳? 哪一個
最近有開始運動了,一週大約慢跑三次,每次3~4公里不等
約一~二個小時,沒有測量心跳的儀器所以不知道心跳數
偶爾會做做chalean的burn it off (如果有拼錯請不要介意)
還沒正式的進入重訓系列因為啞鈴還沒買= =
雖然每天都設5點6點的鬧鐘想要起來運動增加運動量但是永遠被我按掉..
以上就是魯蛇胖子我目前在健身(減肥)路程上所遇到的問題
