性別:女
年齡:26
身高:168
體重:63
BMI:22.3
體脂率:26%
三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:西式早餐店豬排蛋吐司or燻雞蛋吐司or蘿蔔糕+蛋,以上都不醬不沙拉
+500CC溫水or泡茶
午餐:湯麵or鬍鬚張小便當or一般70~80元主餐不油炸便當or 酸辣湯餃
晚餐:家裡煮的菜大概一個普通吃飯碗的量,會先從蔬菜開始吃,最後才是肉
幾乎不吃澱粉(太餓才會裝不到半碗的糙米飯),然後配一碗清湯
其他:有時會有午點橘子一顆或半個芭樂,以水果類為主
每天水分會攝取至2000CC,一週一次與手搖飲料有約.....
一週一次跟朋友聚會,但會盡量挑熱量不那麼高的東西吃
日常作息時間:11點半至12點入睡,早上7點半起床
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?否
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?否
過去幾個月以來,您是否有在未活動的情況下,出現胸痛的情況?否
您是否曾因暈眩而失去平衡或意識的情況?偶爾
您是否有骨骼或關節問題,且可能因活動而惡化?否
您是否有因高血壓或心臟疾病而需服藥(醫師處方)?否
您是否知道您有任何不適合活動的原因?否
您是否知悉自己有任何慢性疾病?否

運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
一周跑步三次,每次三公里(大操場八圈)大概會花30~45分鐘
速度就比一般快走的人快一些,能夠盡量維持速度就會盡量跑快一點
另外也會一周兩次上健身房跳一小時有氧舞蹈(含拳擊有氧)
我的問題:
飲食方面
想請問這樣的三餐是否有需改善的地方?或是正在減肥的大家,有怎樣的三餐可以
常常替換卻不會超過太多熱量?
運動方面
因為我是胖下半身與手臂,我希望減肥也可以雕塑,想請問這樣的運動量是否足夠?
另外想請教有在重訓的女生,若上健身房時有怎樣的重訓菜單呢?
其他問題
通常減肥需要多久時間才會看得出一點點成效呢?
目前覺得運動是很快樂也很喜歡運動
但站上體重計總覺得體重都差不多,沒有成就感........
或是各位有什麼在減肥過程中可以提升成就感的方法
以及任何關於健康減重的技巧或飲食也煩請提供
