請問重訓當下肌肉會痛是正常的嗎? - 健身

先跟各位巨大拜個早年
祝大家金雞年肌肌繼續巨大無比
我的問題是
前兩個禮拜開始
聽從朋友的建議在機械訓練時把負重再往上加
每一組只要縮短到8-10下
如此看看 肌肉 感受度 會不會增加
於是在訓練二頭肌時的確有感
但是三組之後肌肉開始隱隱作痛
但經過兩天的痠痛就會痊癒
可再下一次重訓時也是三組時那隱痛感又跑出來
而且奇怪的是只有左手會
會不會是因為我原本就慣用右手
導致左手一操它就草莓的喊不要不要的
還是
其實我已經受傷而不自知
有點苦惱
還請各位指教
