請問關於有氧~ - 健身

我是新手 >.<
大約一年前開始想減肥+練肌肉
爬了爬文章後決定先去運動看看能不能持之以恆
於是就去附近的國中跑操場+伏地挺身+仰臥起坐
到現在我大約每個禮拜運動4~5次
每次跑步4km (約30mins跑完) + 伏地挺身三組(15 15 10) + 仰臥起坐三組(15 15 10)
手臂的肌肉是明顯有變大 體重也從71 --> 68 kg
但是肚子上的肉..減不掉 我想要練腹肌 冏

最近覺得跑步好像對膝蓋太傷 想做一些其他的有氧代替
想要去健身房買有氧課程
本來想加入加州 但是看了板上的評價.......
不知道板友有沒有推薦哪個地方可以做有氧(形式不拘 拳擊/飛輪等皆可)
精華區有一篇有各個教練課程的評價
可是那個好像是加州的 冏
對了 我目前住在北醫這邊 有這附近的更好 XD
