我有分類阿 我也沒有網路醫療診斷吧
我只是問腳皮會不會影響體脂肪測量而已
看到自己的內臟脂肪30 我開始幻想病痛可能隨時上身了
30可是比標準大上7 8 倍 快嚇壞了
結果版友的回文建議看都沒看到= =悲劇
請問各位前輩 這個內臟脂肪30我爬文
有人提到這個是要用有氧去降低
並非像一般體脂肪去重訓 也就是說
重訓對內臟脂肪的降低效果有限
請問各位大大是這樣嗎?
