這是我的照片
有幾個問題想請教一下
1.我覺得我的胸部太厚了,看側面那張圖,穿衣服以後就覺得很厚,比例上不太好看
我用力壓壓一點點就是骨頭,我的骨架不大
但是我厚度的來源好像都是肋骨(胸骨?)
請問這是正常的嗎?
2.我是照這個網址練胸的http://ivan1119.pixnet.net/blog/post/21255722
正面2那張圖,我做完這一整套以後,最酸的是紅色的點的位置
酸個三天就會好了,但那個位置真的很酸這樣算有受傷嗎??
再來就是酸藍色線的位置 胸肌其他位置都不會酸
我希望可以練到整個胸肌(包含內側跟下部)
3.黑色八字希望可以練成平的
該怎麼改進?
