三餐內容
早餐:周一到周五最常吃蔥抓餅加蛋, 其次是兩個蛋餅
周六跟日最常吃Mac的豬肉滿福堡加蛋, 或是早餐店的炸蝦堡
飲料很固定, 都是7-11的大冰拿鐵加糖
午餐:吃公司餐點, 如酸辣麵, 炒手, 炒麵, 炒飯
中餐還會固定再吃兩大盤青菜
周末則是最常吃媽媽煮的菜 (都用豬油當油)
晚餐:同上
其他:家人會幫忙帶水果, 主要是蘋果, 芭樂和蕃茄
日常作息時間:之前是睡am1:00~am7:30, 現改為am0:00~am6:30
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
1:健身房騎腳踏車30分鐘,心跳數約120~130左右,一周三次到四次。
2:游泳課1小時,一周一次
我的問題:
以上是最近的坐息, 體重一直維持在88 kg上下, 肚子一直還是超大,
蠻像懷孕五六個月 XD
我想問題應該還是在吃的部份,
想請教一下目前吃的東西裡, 一定要改的部份在哪?
又我很挑嘴, 曾試過中午只吃開水燙過的青菜, 但變成每天都害怕午餐的到來,
因為吃了會想吐。自認自己沒辦法吃的太健康, 所以想來問問看有沒有好下嚥又健康
的吃法, 目標是希望肚子可以慢慢消掉
另外, 運動量是不是不太夠? 謝謝大家
