三餐內容
早餐:通常都睡到中午所以沒吃
午餐:基本上都是自己煮的
義大利麵 (麵就是跟外面賣的量差不多) +培根、花椰菜、一顆蛋
牛排 (約 6-8 盎司) 基本上不加調味料,只加點鹽,有時候會加牛排醬
咖哩,飯約一碗半的量,咖哩醬汁也差不多一碗半。
有紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯、蘋果、牛肉、洋蔥
烏龍湯麵,調理包的麵一包,加點培根、洋蔥等菜,湯只喝幾口
壽司,大概八到十個小的壽司捲
有時候是自己一些自己炒的菜,韓式炒牛肉(一小盤)、沙茶炒當天的菜、
洋蔥蛋、培根蛋、苦瓜鹹蛋、炒波菜、蘆筍炒香菇 etc...
基本上是一碗飯配兩道菜,兩道菜的份量大概是一碗半的分量
晚餐:跟中餐吃的菜色差不多,比方說中午吃烏龍麵,晚上可能是牛排
其他:一天大概喝個兩三口diet coke或是奶茶,其他時間幾乎都是喝水,偶爾喝杯咖啡
一個禮拜大概會吃一小片蛋糕或是一根冰棒。水果的話最近是西瓜跟蘋果吃很多,
一個禮拜八分之一顆西瓜,三顆蘋果左右。
日常作息時間:睡覺時間晚上兩三點到隔天中午。
生活型態:學生放假中
減肥方式:一個禮拜運動三到五天,每次四十到一小時左右跑步機 (5mph)加滑步機。
一個禮拜重訓一天。有氧的時候心跳都有達到120 到130 左右
問題陳述:
我是感覺我好像吃太好過太好了@@
食物部分我是吃到約八分飽,就是有一點飽感。然後盡量少油去烹調
運動的話感覺強度好像還是很不構,一個禮拜三到五天是不是太少了?
我每次跑步是不會跑到很累,但會跑到很無聊很不耐煩,就會想停
已經這樣執行快要兩個月了,感覺體重一點變化都沒有,只有有一陣子運動量大大增加
的時候體重有下降五到六磅左右,後來運動量恢復到現在這樣的時候又體重又回來了
自己感覺身體也沒有變瘦,是不是吃太多了? 但每餐再吃少一點我就會餓耶
我是想走長遠的減肥方式,就是以後生活習慣都可以維持的方法,
因此不想短時間內大量運動或大量降低吃的分量來達到減肥的效果,
可是我感覺我現在好像只是維持一個收支平衡的狀態而已@@
是否真的要增加運動強度或是再吃更少一點?

因此不想短時間內大量運動或大量降低吃的分量來達到減肥的效果,
可是我感覺我現在好像只是維持一個收支平衡的狀態而已@@
是否真的要增加運動強度或是再吃更少一點?
