原本的體重是160/47 體脂24(用不同台測量 所以也不見得當初真是24)
連續每天跳鄭多燕一個月又十天後
體脂跟體重不減反增QAQ
體重更是破49之後 以每天+0.2的方式的飆速成長
現在已變成160/50 然後體脂29
吃的方面一天吃到基代後就沒再吃,但是我的吃法是只吃1~2餐,
加起來會吃到基代。所以不知道發胖是不是跟沒吃到三餐有關?
然後含糖飲料也是開始運動後就幾乎不喝或者至少對一半水,
但是我覺得水還是喝得不夠多。
雖然數字很悲情,
可是我男友說我看起來有變瘦。
但我跟他兩個人長期關在兩人世界象牙塔裡
每天看很難看出改變,實在無法判定是真的假的。
所以請版友幫我看看,我這樣是不是的確是體脂30%的身材?
如果是,那請問我現在的作法是哪裡出了大問題導致持續變胖呢?

這張刻意挺胸 殊不知肚子也一起挺出來XDD
1跟2是同一時間照的 但我發現兩張看起來差很多
原因是1是平面照過去 2是由下往上
(我是把相機擺在桌上按定時 如果不由下往上 拍不到肩膀)
