身高:180
體重:104~105
BMI:32
體脂率:29.9 體脂機量的不知道準不準...
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容 人在大陸 所以吃的方面實在不如台灣方便
早餐: 兩個肉包一個菜包(滿小顆的) 300CC無糖豆漿
午餐: 半碗小碗的飯 菜吃比較多 肉不一定 有時候會用成肉絲跟菜炒在一起
晚餐: 三分之一碗小碗的飯 菜吃比較多 肉吃的約是中午三分之二的量
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:12點左右睡 6點半起床 午休會睡半個小時左右
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右
囧 沒測過 晚點補上

昨天逛到這個版之後 看了很多文章
尤其是有關重訓的部分 也看了一下精華區的菜單
但因為我這邊不方便去健身房 只能靠啞鈴做簡單的重訓 (10磅的啞鈴)

(練手跟背的 雖然是給女生的參考 先拿來參考練)

(主要是練1 2 3 這三個動作來練腿部)

然後我每天都會騎兩個小時的腳踏車
騎去陽湖約一個小時 休息個10分鐘 在騎回來 (會經過一座大橋)
我想問的是 我應該先重訓玩在去騎車嗎?
如果重訓 我能否把上面網站的動作都做三組 (每組15下 組間休一分鐘)
這樣會太多 造成身體的負擔嗎?
(按照網路上的說法 是做一次重訓要休一天嗎?)
請幫忙給個建議 感謝~~
