幫在台灣工作的外國朋友找的
他是新手,需要增肌以及改善體態
就我觀察他還有踝關節活動度不足、圓肩圓背以及走路久了容易下背疼痛等等問題
然後先天的某些原因導致平衡感及手腳協調不佳
(還有亞斯伯格,不過日常相處溝通沒問題,只是需要多一點理解)
北高雄、能提供一堂體驗課(免費收費皆可)為佳
當然我知道板上高人雲集,毛遂自薦也非常歡迎XD
