請教各位前輩 小的是深蹲新手 目前在家練習
本來用60磅深蹲 發現太輕 加到80磅 也太輕
現在加到100磅 除了第一下感覺有點重以外 繼續做 可以做到12組才會稍微腳軟
請教各位前輩 根據8組4輪原則 小的是應該把重量再往上提升到110磅~120磅嗎?
