請教一些深蹲動作 - 健身

小弟新手 今天健身房看到一種練法
下蹲的時候蹲到比護槓低
讓槓鈴放在護槓上 然後再發力站起來
這練法的主要目的是爆發力嗎
還有一個是老手帶新手練
叫他背一個很重的 大概80kg
然後就撐著 再放回去 不蹲
這個是為了習慣重量嗎
可是那個新手只能蹲40kg的樣子
感覺有點危險
不知道這些練法有沒有名字
