請教一個lbm和體脂的比例問題? - 健身

不好意思 有爬過文 實在找不到 請見諒
想請問 在體重下降的過程中
不可避免的會同時減到lbm和體脂(當然所有人的理想都是只減到脂肪 那是最好的XD)
既然不可能完全減到體脂
那lbm和體脂 下降的比例大概是何者為佳? 是1:1嗎?
也就是說如果減了三公斤 其中lbm和體脂各1.5公斤是算合格???
(當然我知道脂肪減越多越好)
還是1:2呢?? 還是有其他公認的比例標準?
順便再問 男生體脂降到15%以內就算合格了嗎?
