請教如何制定菜單 - 健身

練肌肉則是其次
不知道在這個版PO適不適合? (還是說有其他版@@?
已經幾乎兩年沒運動了...
最近一個月心血來潮想要變得更強
但是訓練方式有點糟糕
都是隨心所欲的亂練
有時候去慢跑4000m
有時候狂奔2000m
有時候跳繩1000下
有時候大字站or蹲馬步1.5h
仰臥起坐20x5 伏地挺身
交互蹲跳 握力器
等等
最近在考慮游泳和舉啞鈴重訓 (不過好貴=口=)
請教各位前輩 在沒有任何輔助器材
以及不去健身房的情形下
什麼樣的菜單比較適合?
有菜單網站或是版可以推薦嗎?
btw 有沒有免費的健身房呀^^? (台北~設備很差也沒關係...)
ps最近打算存錢買 綁腳的沙袋 那有用嗎? 還是要買啞鈴好? 那幾公斤好?
