請教機械式上斜胸推 肩膀痛 - 健身

各位先進好 想請教上斜胸推的問題
本人新手菜B8胸推很弱,完全沒有胸部,近期嘗試操作胸推機器
在做HAMMER 上斜胸推機器

1.在紅圈的位置 會有向後的拉扯感是正常的嗎?

2.姿勢:背打直靠椅子,胸挺,肩頰往後往下收,手把對齊乳頭,手掌不握死,
然而作沒幾次後,會發現往上推時,會因為紅圈的地方沒力,然後推不上去

是因為姿勢錯誤,還是因為肌肉沒力的關係?
