平時會進行槓鈴和啞鈴臥推,一直有個問題…
許多人會強調臥推時要“夾背”,指的應該是肩胛骨要夾住是吧?但是胸與背互為拮抗肌
,啞鈴往上推時胸肌收縮,這時肩胛骨不是自然會伸展開來嗎?要如何“夾背”??
我想應該是我哪個部份的觀念有誤,請大家為我釋疑一下,謝謝!!
