要找到適合自己的起始和落下的位置
先從躺平找起
在頂端時 槓會在通過肩胛的位置

槓下到底時 槓會在下胸的位置

在水平距離上 這是一段很大的距離

所以拱腰不是借力
是讓下胸盡可能來到肩胛上方
一方面可以讓胸大肌出更多力
一方面讓水平和鉛直行程都縮短

在最低點 上臂跟軀幹夾45~60度
往上推的過程 如果兩者角度不變
越接近頂端 就越難在肩胛收緊的情況下把手肘鎖死
你可以試著空手做做看
用力夾背 但手一直往上推
就在某個點當你感覺肩胛正要鬆了
千萬別讓它發生
強迫手肘flare out
你會感覺到不必再多推那一段距離
光是手肘開這個動作就能幫助推到頂
夾背肩胛收緊不只是躺下來前要做的動作
而是全程要維持的動作
所以不能讓動作去牽制肩胛的位置
而是讓肩胛去決定動作該怎麼做
所以在臥推時要提醒自己
