請教這五個月做白工的疑問 - 健身

小弟今年三月開始在健身房做重訓
平均一星期3~5次
重訓大概在60~90分鐘
做完後跑步約2~3公里30分鐘內
都會待到2小時左右
深蹲目前已經做到含槓90公斤
胸推自由重量最重單手18公斤
其他肩和背有做但比較少做
每次做完深蹲胸推隔天都會痛約二天
做的時候不會玩手機休息夠了就繼續
經常做到流很多汗 眼鏡冒氣
而吃的部分目前沒有特別節制
但會比較常吃牛排肉類
睡眠大概1點左右睡隔天八點半起床
上星期量了inbody
和五個月前相比完全沒太大差別

體重 73.7 => 72.5
骨骼肌重 27.8 => 27.9
體脂肪重 24.5 => 23.1
基礎代謝率 1342 => 1348
可以看出在肌肉完全沒增加
這五個月來我在做白工
我的疑問是
一開始身蹲我無法的承受重量
但後來能夠承受不是因為長肌肉?
另外前輩不知道有甚麼建議嗎?
我朋友看完是覺得我應該是操的不夠.
