請教重訓的一些問題 - 健身

(小弟是新手,若有發言不周的地方還請指教)
抱持著可以修飾身體線條的心情,我從三月左右
開始每個禮拜會有一天到健身房去做重訓,不過有
些問題想請教,還希望大家可以指點迷津
我的身高:175cm左右 體重67kg 補充:20歲
1.重訓完的時候要有痠痛的感覺才算有做確實嗎?剛開
始的前幾個禮拜我的確有做完重訓之後的隔一天會有
很痠痛的感覺,不過到最後不知道為什麼就不明顯了?是
身體習慣了,還是我沒有確實去練,還是我應該要把重量
加重一些了呢?
2. 在使用器材的時候(像是胸部推舉或是蝴蝶機),怎麼
樣才知道有沒有動到那個部位的肌肉?因為有時候很擔心
是不是只有手臂在出力
3. 然後~想要消掉肚子的話,是應該要做有氧運動沒錯吧
我是一個禮拜有時找一天去慢跑個20~30分鐘,這樣子算是
OK的嗎?
