您好 請問一下
小弟目標是增重 175/58 希望在登入之前三個月內多5公斤
因為現在是學生 但不是很閒的學生 所以想靠搭配飲食與輕量運動(無重訓)達成
7:30 早餐 一條地瓜+牛奶+一顆蛋
8:00 睡回籠覺
9:00 走15分鐘的山路(斜坡)
9:00~12:00 做研究
12:00 午餐 飯三菜一湯+控肉+乳清蛋白
2:00~7:00 做研究 (搭配點心)
7:00 晚餐 飯菜酌量+炸物+乳清蛋白
8:00 慢跑1小時
9:00 醣類(飲料或是甜食)
11:00 睡覺
看起來是滿偷懶的作息 只是我只要做太激烈的運動就會頭暈 無氧的都會很累
會影響上班的效率(目前以上班為重)
希望能用吃多一點來增重 我在版上得到的觀念是
吃與動 要搭配得宜 才能增加吸收效率
所以想請問板友這菜單有沒有需要改進的地方?
