請益:美女們晨練後時間安排 - 健身

如題 本文和訓練本身無關聯
而是想問如何在健身與工作間取平衡
因此想請教全職上班族女性們:
由於下班後實在不想去人擠人排器材
故都選擇早起晨練
然而時間上平均花費如下
暖身+訓練+伸展放鬆60-90min
洗澡洗頭20min+長髮全乾含造型40min
最低限化妝30-40min
總計=2.5hr-3hr
如果8:30上班,至少也要5:00起床 =口=
以一週4練為基礎 把2天分到六日 工作日至少也要痛苦2天
然而有時就是想睡久一點….
就不知道該怎麼取平衡
有沒有美女也是晨練+全職上班族的
可以分享一下都如何安排時間的呢?
