我早上5:30起床,6:00進健身房,練完菜單大概7:00-7:30。
(暖身+訓練,晚上會做更長時間的放鬆)
騎腳踏車回家8min洗個澡出來8:00吹完頭髮8:20。(也是長髮及腰)
沒有化妝再騎腳踏車上班8:40進辦公室。
一週三練,其中一練會在週末所以只有兩練在工作日。
對於想睡久一點我的作法是10點就上床,睡飽至少6小時。
休息日睡飽8小時。
平衡的方法就是晚上不要捨不得睡覺XD
(抱歉化妝這一塊的時間幫不上忙.....
