請問關於深蹲時
當重量加上去後
膝蓋內夾(八)問題隨重量遞增而加劇
請問改善方式或是鍛鍊後的伸展
大部分深蹲的文都在討論膝蓋跟腳尖
抱歉今天來問了這個笨問題
根據前輩 長久下來膝蓋外翻 會嚴重傷害膝蓋 因此上來發問求救
