三餐內容
早餐:7-11的飯糰一個、低糖高纖豆漿一瓶
午餐:正常吃(飯麵不一定)
晚餐:7-11的莎拉一盒(有的時候不會吃)
其他:每週會有2~3天的約會時間,所以晚餐會吃的比較好。週五晚上會比較晚睡,
大概在凌晨一點半左右
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
起床時間:早上8:20
就寢時間:晚上00:00~00:30
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:一週至少三次的跑步,每次都固定50分鐘。無其他運動
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
慢跑大約持續一個月的時間,這兩週已經進步到可以單次連續跑50分鐘,
不知道這樣的運動方式是否ok?
隱約覺得三餐的份量似乎過少,希望能夠一個月大概瘦3公斤左右,目標是瘦10公斤
不知道目前在飲食及餐點上有無需改進的地方,謝謝。
