三餐內容
早餐:脫脂鮮奶400c.c & 土司兩片夾一片低脂起司 & 燙青菜一份
午餐:自助餐店買來的魯蛋一顆 & 豆腐一份 & 青菜三份
晚餐:水果兩份 & 燙青菜一份
日常作息時間:早上6點起床,晚上12點睡
生活型態:上班族,非體力工作者
運動習慣:一到五晚上快走一小時,仰臥起坐20個
六跟日早上傍晚各快走一小時,仰臥起坐20個
我的問題:這個菜單我持續了兩星期
約減了4kg
但是:
1.我青菜水果也吃不少,排便卻有點困難
2.最近總覺得心情不好,玩game看漫畫小說都提不起興致
跟我的減肥菜單不知道有沒有關?
3.我的小腹特別肥,仰臥起坐我做到20個
小腹就快要抽筋了,沒辦法再做下去
請問還有什麼好方法可以減小腹嘛?
請高手指教一下
