日文聽不懂 看動作就好 字幕我有看到關鍵字 (SOD講師 每周三小時的特訓)
其他時間在家自我訓練 有講義或課本之類的動作教學吧
這些動作是加強 核心 腹肌 大腿
為了呼應騎乘這主題 強調了一些張腿蹲的訓練
很認真地說 光看動作來說,真的對女生很棒
如果有課表出來 應該會練出很漂亮的腰臀曲線
甚至連PC肌都會一起強化
增加情趣 :D
