看到許多鄭多燕的好評
在半信半疑的情況下試試鄭多燕的
結婚後幾乎都沒什麼在動(但其實婚前就都很少動了)
看著幾年前的牛仔褲緊到快破掉
開始實施鄭多燕一個月計劃
身高152cm 體重44kg 但是體脂肪28%的油人
最困擾的是副乳很大很油~
到現在為止已經做了17天了
看著鏡子和相片的比對~真的有明顯效果
特別是副乳小好多~~~~~~

而且我沒有刻意的節食
有出門還是大餐、炸雞豬排都吃...沒忌口
但也沒有暴飲暴食
現在體重量是45kg,重了1kg,但體重真的不是重點了
忍不住真的要說鄭多燕太神啦!
不過感覺最近身形有點停滯下來了~~看來飲食上要做些調整了Orz
繼續加油!!!!!!!!!!
