想跟大家討論一下
要做什麼運動才能夠加強腿部的線條
借用一下減肥文的格式給大家一些基本的資料
性別:女
年齡:23
身高:158
體重:44
BMI:18
體脂率:21(家裡的體脂計量的)

目前我的運動習慣是跳鄭多燕跟瑜珈
兩種看心情交替做
大部分一次是30~60分鐘
一周大約三到五次
有時候比較勤勞就天天做
偷懶的時候就可能兩天或三天才做
這樣的運動習慣已經維持兩年左右
飲食習慣我算是半吃素(從小就不吃肉類)
蔬果類 豆類 偶爾吃海鮮 澱粉也不會刻意避開
大致上還算均衡
也沒有刻意節食或是減肥
鄭多燕我大部分是跳針對手臂跟下半身的
目前已經有一點點腹肌
上半身還算滿意(只是胸部也很平了囧)
只是我一直很不滿意自己的腿部線條
外側的弧度很圓
整個腿肉也很不結實
加上容易水腫
整個看起來鬆鬆軟軟的
跟上半身的比例顯得不太平衡
我的尾椎 腳踝 膝蓋都受過傷(跑步不太ok)
游泳也不適合我(皮膚過敏)
目前有打算練健走
但還沒買到適合的鞋子
大家可以順便推薦我適合的鞋款嗎~
預算在$2000上下
上次去試穿了nike的lunarglide4
超舒服很包覆又很輕
可是太貴了囧囧
問問大家還有沒有什麼比較推薦的運動
或是有什麼可以特別鍛鍊腿部的
真的很希望可以達成健康精實的腿部線條呀~
