因為有點駝背
想詢問讓身體變挺的方法
(不知道哪邊問比較適合 PO錯板請見諒)
因為一~五有踩室內腳踏車半小時的習慣
所以想再做一些時間短的運動讓身體變挺
看到有人說深蹲
但是辜狗好像沒特別說到深蹲有這效果
所以想來問一下符合我要求的運動
