豆漿中的蛋白質 - 健身

各位版友晚安 大家好~ 小弟算是長期淺水的版友之一
也都有乖乖的重訓 + 有氧 來維持身材
小弟蛋白質的來源主要是豆漿
不過今天豆漿喝到一半突然想到一點很疑惑
以前有一陣子有使用高蛋白
有使用過的都知道 高蛋白要用冷水沖泡
如果用熱水蛋白質會結塊 死翹翹
不過煮豆漿的過程中 不是需要高溫熬煮嘛?
為什麼蛋白質不會死翹翹捏?
有沒有生化小老師可以替我解答 @@?
小弟我念化學系 確不知道答案 好慚愧 Q口Q
