仰臥起坐板是調到最斜
拿5kg的槓片來做
直接做可以做到30下沒問題
但是再繼續做 不到15下就不行了
骨盆接近大腿那邊酸到爆
請問這樣是
1.正常
2.姿勢錯誤
3.用力方式錯誤
4.重量超出負荷
哪種情況呢?
又要如何改善?
