想請問引體向上的過程會用到肩膀前束嗎?
前兩天第一次嘗試練負重的引體向上,今天肩膀前束感覺有延遲性痠痛,但是平常練自重
引體時肩膀不會痠
擔心自己是因為發力肌群錯誤才導致肩膀痠痛,所以來詢問看看有沒有人有類似經驗?
