像我體重快八十練一年出傳統硬舉還不到兩百
無腰帶拉力帶極限160左右吧
目標想要今年到達兩百 訓練想多一點變化
不然平常都做暫停式 羅馬尼亞之類
去的健身房就一般商業型的 有個硬舉板
彈力帶沒地方綁 想要做阻力好像只能用鐵鏈
我是比較低調的人 都自己練
這樣會不會感覺太裝會 引人說三道四
還是有什麼方法可以在硬舉板綁彈力帶
鐵鏈的話哪邊買比較找得到適合的
有無人有相關經驗
