這幾天去做瑜珈跟很久沒見的大學別校朋友見面
發現她瘦好多!!原以為是瑜珈的厲害
沒想到她說她之前使用賀寶芙的減重產品(她只使用,不是直銷商)
一個多月從體脂肪30%多降至18%
而體重減了10公斤,我看她的數據表居然沒甚麼減到肌肉!!讓我想了解到底是怎麼吃的
她瘦了之後維持體重就是很辛苦啦,她說她已經瘦下來才開始持續運動習慣

我挑了個晚上去她們的商品會,我連絡了一個做了6,7年的國中同學
他介紹一個教練給我,說是很威,也瘦很多等等
商品會場結束後,整場我沒聽到我想聽的,都是一些見證發表
結束後只好找教練坐下來聊聊,因為我非常想知道怎樣體脂肪降的快又不會減到肌肉量跟基代
我就開始問他吃法,跟背了板娘的文章內容說給他聽
結果他說我講得太深奧他沒辦法回答..其實我只是本版的fans而已阿....
他開始分享一些方法,但是反而都是說你有多想,就會瘦多快!!,取決於相信自己!
最後聊到每天的水分攝取,他說喝水真的是太重要了!!!
我非常認同!!正想講話時
