運動後睡覺時酸痛問題 - 健身

先說明一下我的作息時間
早上8點到下午5點半上班 回到家約6點半左右
7點半左右開始運動
晚上11點左右睡覺
固定每天晚上運動快2年了
之前算是輕度運動(鄭多燕+X-Bike) 每天1個半小時
假日早上會去爬山3個多小時
晚上睡眠品質還不錯 一覺到天亮
後來想說要加入重訓 從去年12月底加入健身房
運動習慣改為一天有氧一天重訓 每次至少1小時起跳
有氧就是跑步+腳踏車+橢圓機混搭
然後睡覺就開始不安穩了
有時是半夜體溫會升高 把自己熱到醒過來
有時是全身痠痛 擺什麼姿勢都不對 尤其是腰背部超酸的
原本以為是運動方式改變不習慣 就忍了
可是到現在已經四個多月了 還是沒改善

想請問一下各位先進
這種現象是代表運動強度太強嗎?(可是我運動完當下不會覺得累耶)
還是需要找復健師調理調理?
