想請問是否有專業高手看過這本書)
我的同事大學時代修過營養學 但非營養相關科系
因為最近這位賴小姐去很多公家機關演講 知名度大開
我同事也迷上了書中的內容 並於單位中大力推廣
而且還照著書中內容自己做實驗!(也真的出現了書中提到的反應)
我知道書中的內容和現今的主流營養學概念有很大的差異
(如營養金字塔倒過來比較好)
但作者在書中提出了許多理由來支持自己的論點
(如現今營養金字塔是為了推廣美國農業所設計出來的等)
我同事說他找不出當中的破綻 所以被說服了 ...(當然他只是修過營養學 非此方面專業)
我自己沒念過生化和營養相關科目 所以無從分辨對錯
(畢竟這本書上就說現在很多常識是錯誤的XD)
因此我想請問 板上若有好心的專業板友有翻過這本書的話
是否能幫忙點出書中的謬誤與破綻呢?
畢竟我現有的一點營養常識書中都說那是配合營利單位所做出的研究成果 ...
但我身邊被說服的同事與親朋好友越來越多了(醫事人員、生機業者甚至醫師等等)
很想聽聽專業的看法是什麼>"<
到底哪些是有根據的?
有沒有機會把這些被說服的人拉回來?
