之前都上網買這種糙米或甚麼低卡粥,真的吃到很厭世
後來都直接叫他厭世粥XD,這一包還要噴我4、50塊

現在都轉至超商覓食,下面都是吃過會再陸續回購的幾樣東西跟大家分享
熱量都在200大卡上下
/飲品/

BODYTALK高纖低脂牛奶,167大卡,這款牛奶比起一般鮮奶覺得多了點甜甜的味道,覺得
有點像是保久乳的味道XD,其實還蠻好喝的,但考量價格就不會太常買
光泉無加糖濃豆漿,186.4大卡,無糖豆漿之前都喝統一那罐,但光泉這罐特濃覺得喝起
來有更有飽足感,喝起來的豆香味也更重

四色蔬菜棒,125大卡
記得星巴克好像有類似的東西,因為它很多棒狀的蔬菜,咬起來會有莫名的滿足感
上面給的醬都會一根只沾一次,醬吃太多很罪惡啊啊

豆腐味噌湯,69大卡
泰式酸辣春雨,112大卡
個人愛味噌湯>泰式酸辣,兩款喝起來的口味都偏重,但口味上來說都很到味
熱量雖低,但喝起來不是那種味道很平淡的湯,只是味噌湯破千的鈉含量真的很驚人…

大成舒迷雞胸肉,101大卡
卜蜂義式香草雞胸肉,151大卡
兩款都是可以直接開封冷吃或是微波,肉質吃起來都不會柴柴的
如果會怕雞肉會有個味道的人,建議可能可以買卜蜂有調味過的,吃起來比較不會怕怕的

SOYJOY大豆營養棒,杏仁巧克力147大卡;葡萄134大卡,之前都買大豆營養棒,裡面我
最喜歡葡萄跟巧克力口味,吃起來口感偏軟,有時候連續吃會有點怕怕的XD…
BE-KIND堅果棒,海鹽楓糖山核桃219大卡;海鹽焦糖杏仁204大卡,在7-11看到是有三個
口味,最愛焦糖杏仁跟楓糖山核桃,一整條都是堅果,吃起來會有飽足感,拿來運動後補
充熱量也還不錯

黃金玉米棒,熱量161大卡,這個玉米真的很甜很好吃~~覺得不輸給速食店的那種奶油玉
米,有時候想吃甜食時也可以用它取代
冰烤地瓜,熱量192大卡,比起夯番薯,私心這種冰烤地瓜,可以直接連皮一起嗑方便很
多
