三餐內容
早餐:烤一片或兩片穀類無脂吐司(90cal/片;fat=0;carbo=15g)
薄薄抹一層未加工花生醬,加個少油荷包蛋或白煮蛋
有時會再加一片cheese(30cal/片;fat=20cal)
或是加一片火雞肉片(50cal/片;fat=5cal)
或
燕麥奶(105.3cal/一份;fat=4.5g;carbo=15g)
午餐:同早上
或
自煮豆腐鍋=嫩豆腐一盒,蛋一顆,菇類,蔬果類,玉米粒,泡菜,肉少許(大多是雞肉)
豆腐鍋調味料(熱量很低) ps:一鍋可以分兩餐吃
或
蔬菜沙拉=各類蔬菜+日式和風醬少許(應該會再加cheese一片,熱量同上述)
或
飯+炒肉菜蛋
晚餐:同早上
或
飯 +少許菜跟肉
或
蔬菜沙拉(同中午)
其他:點心有時會是一杯冰拿鐵,或是幾片無糖cracker(35cal/8片;fat=0)
日常生活: 早上約6點多起,給孩子做早餐與午餐便當,帶孩子去學校,自己有課也去學校
晚上11~12點間睡(3歲女兒愛晚睡)
生活型態: 老媽+老婆+老學生
運動習慣:依課表而定
最近早上30~40min滑步機或跑步機,下午或晚上30~40min滑步機或跑步機
一週七天
我的問題:體脂高,身上都是肥肉,以前在台灣時約50kg出頭(163cm),不瘦可是也不胖
來美國後迅速增胖,全盛時期有80多kg,現在稍為降一點下來到76kg
心肺功能很不好,很容易喘累,也容易感冒,胃很爛,很容易脹氣,消化不良
胃痛.晚餐要很慎吃,不然容易到睡著時都沒消化掉會很難受,所以寧願晚上
吃少跟清淡.
目標是減重減脂,希望能減回胖起來之前的體重(50kg),體脂能降到正常值
以內(24%以內就行),身體能更健康不要經常生病跟胃痛,並遠離心血管疾病!
問題:我這樣的菜單+運動量能順利瘦下來並減脂嗎?
若我想今年底前減下10~15kg,以這樣的食物跟運動搭配來說有可能嗎?
